Products are picked, packed and shipped to order. Once an order has been arranged, African Curio Market provides updates by email.

Shipping charges depend on parcel weight and destination and will be quoted separately. We work with courier partners to offer suitable shipping services.

Availability and Back Orders

Product availability varies. When an item is temporarily unavailable, we will discuss expected availability and any back-order arrangements with you.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel or its contents arrive damaged or incomplete, please contact us promptly so we can review the matter and discuss replacement, credit or refund options as applicable.
